About Seniors Oasis Dufferin Community Centre
Seniors Oasis Dufferin Community Centre is a welcoming and inclusive center that offers a variety of programs and services for seniors in the Dufferin community. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by providing opportunities for social engagement, recreational activities, health and wellness programs, and educational workshops. Additionally, we are dedicated to providing technology-related activities and knowledge for older adults, aiming to help our members learn how to create and maintain a website, with the goal of sharing knowledge, expanding their skills, and creating valuable content for the community. We are located in 1219 Hallam St. and backed by the government of Canada, making it important for our website to be available in both English and Spanish.
Our Approach
At Seniors Oasis Dufferin Community Centre, we believe that seniors deserve to live their best lives. That's why we offer a wide range of programs and services that promote physical, mental, and social health. Our center has worked especially hard this year on promoting self-care, tools for holistic living, and sessions on body function, nutrition, and chronic disease prevention. We also provide educational workshops on various topics to expand the knowledge of our seniors. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for seniors by providing opportunities for social engagement, recreational activities, and health and wellness programs.
